The code at [ysfx](https://github.com/jpcima/ysfx) enables running JSFX in a VST3 plugin.
The links to builds were dead at time of writing this (23rd July 2025).
So [here is a Release build of that code made under Windows 11 Visual Studio Community](ysfx_win_vst3.zip).
